Will Stahel is the Founder and Managing Partner of WGR PARTNERS, a real estate private equity firm specializing in the acquisition and repositioning of essential, service-driven retail assets across the Southeast and Midwest. Will leads the firm’s investment strategy, capital formation, and portfolio operations, combining institutional-grade rigor with a high-conviction, hands-on ownership approach.

Over the course of his career, Will has executed more than $5 billion in real estate transactions across multiple market cycles, with experience spanning acquisitions, development, advisory, and capital markets. Prior to founding WGR PARTNERS, he held senior investment roles at institutional platforms, where he deployed $650 million into retail assets and consistently delivered superior risk-adjusted performance.

Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, with a double major in Finance and Accountancy.
